What is an FSA? FSA stands for Flexible Spending Account. It is used for eligible medical expenses.
What is a DCA? DCA stands for Dependent Care Account. It is used for eligible dependent care expenses.
What is an HRA? HRA stands for Health Reimbursement Arrangement. It is funded entirely by your employer.
What does Annual Election mean? Annual elected health care amount that can be used from the first day of the plan year.

Can I order a card for a dependant? Yes.  A $10.00 fee applies.  Call (888) 231-1363 to order
How can I increase my annual contribution? Check with your HR Department to see if you qualify
When does Open Enrollment begin? Check with your HR Department for open enrollment information
My screen resolution is poor. You should set your screen resolution to 800 x 600
What happens if I forgot my password/user ID Call (888) 231-1363.  Passwords/User ID's will be sent to the email address on file
How long will it take to receive my new card? Usually 10 business days
Definition: Approved Expense has been deemed eligible for disbursement
Definition: New Transaction authorized. Expense may require additional substantiation.
Definition: Pending Transaction authorized. Additional substantiation required,.
Definition: Ineligible Transaction authorized. Expense deemed ineligible.  Refer to your ineligible notification letter
Definition: Resolved Transaction was resolved and cleared
How do I file for reimbursement for claims paid without using my FlexSave card? Click on FORMS and print request for reimbursement or file a claim online
How do I send in my receipts? You can mail them using the address located at ABOUT US or you may fax your request to: (248) 539-8002. You can also email them to flexsupport@flexsaveamerica.com
Will my card be good if I re-enroll? Yes. Your card will have an expiration date on it. It automatically rolls over from year to year as long as you continue to participate.  Cards are valid for three years.
